How It Works:

✔ Refer a homeowner, business owner, HOA's, or Condominiums in need of a new roof replacement

✔ They can pay with cash, credit card, financing, or Check

✔ Once their project is completed and full payment is received, we’ll send you a referral reward based on the roof type & rewards provided below

✔ No referral limits – the more you refer, the more you earn!

• Shingle Roofs: $250

• Flat Roofs: $350

• Tile Roofs: $500

• Metal Roofs: $600

 

Commercial Roof Referral Rewards:

• Shingle Roofs: $500

• Flat Roofs: $650

• Tile Roofs: $850

• Metal Roofs: $1,000

 

For larger-scale projects over 10,000 square feet, our team will contact you with a custom reward amount—expect something exciting!

When Will You Get Paid?

Payments will be processed and sent after the referred customer’s roof is completed and their final payment is received.

 

Referral Program Rules:

• Referrals for residential roofs must be for full roof replacements of at least 1,200 square feet.​

• Referrals for commercial roofs must be for full replacements of at least 2,500 square feet. 

• If multiple people refer the same home, place, or business, the reward goes to whoever submitted the referral first.

• The referral must be submitted before the contract is signed.

• Sole owners, persons of interest on the referred property, HOA board members, property managers, and commercial property owners do not qualify for this program. However, we may offer discounted pricing or customized solutions to ensure they receive the best roofing & construction experience possible.
